PAYMENT METHODS

TreasureHunter3D provides secure and verified payment options for all customers.

Available payment methods include:

• PayPal

• Credit & Debit Cards (securely processed via Stripe)

• Direct Bank Transfer (IBAN)

• Western Union / MoneyGram

• Klarna (where available)

Advance payment is mandatory for all orders.
Orders will not be processed, manufactured, or shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and agrees to all terms stated in this policy.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Bank Wire Transfer
Customers selecting bank wire transfer will receive a proforma invoice with payment instructions.
The proforma invoice number must be included in the payment reference.
All bank fees, intermediary fees, and currency conversion costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Orders remain pending and unreserved until funds are fully received.

2. PayPal
PayPal payments are processed securely via PayPal’s platform.
Any PayPal disputes or chargebacks submitted without first contacting TreasureHunter3D will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in account blacklisting.

3. Credit Card Payment (Stripe)
Credit and debit card payments are processed securely via Stripe.
No Stripe account is required. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims will be challenged with payment providers using shipping confirmation, tracking data, delivery confirmation, serial numbers, and inspection records.

4. Western Union / MoneyGram
Customers selecting Western Union or MoneyGram will receive full instructions after checkout.
Payments made using these methods are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Worldwide FREE shipping via DHL / UPS Express

• Shipping costs are fully covered by TreasureHunter3D

• Orders are shipped only after payment clearance and internal verification

• Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details

• Delivery confirmation by courier is considered proof of successful delivery

Import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and local fees are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay customs charges does not constitute grounds for a refund.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION
To protect against misuse, fraud, and exploitation, TreasureHunter3D enforces strict return and cancellation conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are permitted only within 7 days of confirmed delivery

• Prior authorization via the Contact Form is mandatory

• Returned items must be:

  • Completely unused

  • Unassembled

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories, documentation, and serial numbers intact

• All returned products undergo technical inspection and testing

• Refunds are issued only after successful inspection and approval

TreasureHunter3D reserves the right to:

• Refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions

• Issue partial refunds for items showing wear, misuse, missing components, or tampering

• Reject returns that show signs of deliberate damage or improper handling

Non-Defective Merchandise

• Return shipping, insurance, customs fees, and risk of loss are entirely the customer’s responsibility

• Shipping fees, payment processing fees, and customs costs are non-refundable

Defective Merchandise

• Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted

• TreasureHunter3D will determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect

• If approved, we will arrange pickup and provide a replacement at no cost

False defect claims or damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper operation are not covered.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via the Contact Form

• Required information:

  • Order ID

  • Full name

  • Phone number

Orders already processed, assembled, customized, or shipped cannot be canceled.
If an order is canceled before shipping, a refund may be issued minus any incurred transaction, handling, or administrative fees.
If the order has shipped, a refund will only be issued after the item is returned, inspected, and approved, excluding all shipping and processing costs.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Products
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

• TreasureHunter

• GoldenEye

• GoldenEye Plus

• DroneRover

• Customized, modified, or special-order products

WARRANTY AND REPAIR
All TreasureHunter3D products are sold with a limited warranty, subject to the conditions below.

• General product warranty: 2 years (limited)

• Metal detector device warranty: 1 year from date of purchase

• Battery warranty: 1 year

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only under normal, intended use.

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Neglect, misuse, abuse, or improper operation

• Accidental or environmental damage

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Normal wear and tear

• Shipping costs to or from service facilities

All warranty decisions, including classification of misuse or abuse, are made solely at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims.

According to FCC Part 15.21, unauthorized changes or modifications may void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

Repair (Out-of-Warranty Service)
Even after the warranty period has expired, TreasureHunter3D continues to offer paid repair and servicing options, subject to parts availability and evaluation.
Repair costs, shipping, and handling are the responsibility of the customer.

FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE POLICY
TreasureHunter3D actively monitors transactions and reserves the right to:

• Refuse service

• Cancel orders

• Deny refunds

• Permanently block customers

in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, false claims, or policy exploitation.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to all terms outlined above.
